Aside from the quality of the game itself, PC players report they are experiencing the Out of Video Memory error. In this Immortals of Aveum guide, I will list fixes that will help players resolve the Out Of Video Memory error.
Immortals of Aveum Out Of Video Memory Fixes You Can Try
Immortals of Aveum PC players are experiencing the “out of memory trying to allocate a rendering resource” error and as the name suggests, it’s a GPU-related error. A lot of PC users have reported the Out of Video Memory error with games developed using Unreal Engine 5. There are multiple reasons why you are experiencing this error like the shader cache size is not enough, Windows Paging File is not enough, and more. The following are the fixes that will help players resolve the Immortals of Aveum Out of Video Memory error.
Increase Shader Cache Size
PC users report that increasing the Shader Cache size in Nvidia Control Panel fixes the Out of Video Memory error. Mose games build shaders when they are first launched to improve performance, and Immortals of Aveum is crashing with the Out of Video Memory error because your current Shader Caceh size isn’t enough. Open Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings > scroll down to Shader Cache and select 10 GB. Apply the changes, launch Immortals of Aveum, and the Out of Video Memory error is now fixed.

Set Custom Virtual Memory Size
Windows Paging File or Virtual Memory is another reason why you are experiencing the Out Of Video Memory error while playing Immortals of Aveum. There is a possibility that Windows automatic systems aren’t allocating enough virtual memory which results in the game crashing with Now Enough memory error. The error can be fixed by increasing the Virtual Memory pool.
Open Windows Settings > About > Advanced system settings > click “Settings” under Advanced tab > click “Change” under Virtual Memory > uncheck “Automatically manage paging file size for all drives” > select a drive that has available space > check “Custom Size”.
Now you have to input values for the Initial size and Maximum size in MB. You will input the same value for both but you have to calculate the value depending on your RAM size. You can set Virtual memory between 1.5x or 3x of your installed RAM size. If you have 2GB of RAM, you can set a maximum of 6,144 MB. Calculate your value in MB and input it in both Initial size and Maximum size > press OK > restart your PC > Launch Immortals of Aveum and the Out of Video Memory error is now fixed.
Update/Reinstall GPU Driver
Your GPU driver is another reason for the Out Of Video Memory error. You might be using an old driver version or the current driver version isn’t compatible with the game or the driver is corrupt. Updating or reinstalling the driver will fix the error. Ensure you do a clean installation so that settings from the previous driver version won’t interfere with the new one.
Delete DirectX Shader Cache
Deleting the DirectX shader cache is a possible fix for the Out of Video Memory error. Type disk cleanup in Windows search > select C drive and press Ok > select DirectX Shader Cache > press OK, and Windows will delete the DirectX Shader cache.
