Zevlor in Baldur’s Gate 3 is a Tiefling from the Druid Grove. Tasked with protecting Tieflings, Zevlor is one of the few friendly faces that we encounter fairly early in the campaign. Soon after our initial encounter, however, Zevlor will go missing and we will need to find him. Don ‘t know where to begin? This guide will help you learn all you need about finding Zevlor in Baldur’s Gate 3.

Find Zevlor in Baldur’s Gate 3

After meeting Zevlor in Act-I at Emerald Grove, he will disappear following an attack on his Tieflings. In order to find Zevlor in Baldur’s Gate 3, you will need to head over to the Last Light Inn in the Shadow-Cursed Lands.

This is where Jaheira will fill you in about his sudden disappearance. You will learn that Zevlor is somewhere in the Mind Flayer Colony — sadly, you cannot reach the area before defeating Ketheric Thorm at the Moonrise Tower.

Mind Flayer Colony

After you have defeated Ketheric Thorm, you will need to head over to the Mind Flayer Colony. Continue to explore the area until you see a massive area with some captured NPCs inside different pods.

In this area, you will notice a panel right next to the pods. This is where you will be presented with two choices i.e. Purge or Release. Since these are pretty self-explanatory, be sure to select Release to free Zevlor. Once you have done that, you will need to defeat some Mind Flayers.

Point of No-Return

While you are in the Mind Flayer Colony, you will not be able to return to the campsite so be sure to complete any unattended business.

After freeing Zevlor, he will shed some light on everything that went down. We will not get into that for the sake of spoilers. From this point forward, you will not see Zevlor until Act-III where a short cutscene will show his fate.

Zariel’s Asset

While you are in the Mind Flayer Colony, you will be able to find Zariel’s Asset in one of the adjacent rooms. This is where you will meet Mizora.

While speaking with Mizora, you can threaten her to let go of Wyll. She will promise to do so within six months which is not bad. After that, you can either set her free or kill her — we recommend the former if you wish to have her as a potential romance option.

In order to free her, you will need to select the Unleash option. Once she is added to the list, you will be able to romance her by following our guide.

This is everything we have on how to find Zevlor in Baldur’s Gate 3. If there is anything else that you would like to add, be sure to let us know in the comments down below!
