Going Medieval: How to Cook Food
To cook the food you need to access the Production Build menu. Now select the campfire and choose where you want to place it. You can place a campfire in and outdoors. You need 15 wood to start the campfire.
Now you must head out to gather food, you can gather it or grow your own resources. Raw food should be placed on the campfire which is done through the Products menu, Meal option.
Depending on your resources, you can select the amount of food you want to make for your people. You can also select how often they should cook food. Through the “amount” option you can select how often the food is cooked, and through the “Forever” option you can create a loop of this process.
However, the Forever option means you will run out of raw food at one point. You’ll need a constant inflow of raw food to keep cooking forever.
