There are a total of three classes in Loop Hero: Necromancer, Rogue, and Warrior – each with its unique strengths and weaknesses. Knowing when to change to a different class in the game can be really helpful. But how does one do that?! That’s where this guide comes in. In this guide, we’ve detailed everything there’s to know about how to change classes in Loop Hero.
Change Classes in Loop Hero
Changing classes in Loop Hero is pretty simple. In order to do it, players need to return to the camp and start an Expedition. That’s where the game will ask players to select a class from the available three. One important thing that players need to keep in mind is to select the class before starting a loop since it can’t be done in the middle of a loop. In order to change it in the middle of a loop, the only option is to return to the camp and repeat the entire process mentioned above.
One important thing that players need to know is that only Warrior class is unlocked at the start of the game. Rogue and Necromancer need to be unlocked first.
In order to unlock Rogue, players will need to upgrade the Field Kitchen and Refuge. For a detailed overview of everything, feel free to check out our How to Unlock Rogue in Loop Hero. As for unlocking Necromancer, it requires a lot more upgrades as opposed to Rogue. To unlock Necromancer, players will need to build a Campfire, a Field Kitchen, Gymnasium, Cemetery, Crypt, and also get the Orb of Expansion. Feel free to check out our How to Unlock Necromancer guide to learn more about gathering the items needed for these upgrades.
