How To Catch Charcadet In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet (Easy Way)

The newly-introduced Charcadet, a fire-type Pokemon, has quickly made its mark in the Pokemon Scarlet And Violet realm. When Charcadet is exposed to either Auspicious Armor or Ceruledge, it will evolve into the powerful Armarouge or Ceruledge. This Pokemon looks incredibly cool and boasts impressive stats, making it the ideal trainer choice. In this guide, I’ll tell you how to catch Charcadet In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

Where To Find Charcadet In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet

To begin your search for Charcadet, embark from Mesagoza East Pokemon Center and make your way southeast. Once you arrive, there’s a place slightly higher than the bridge where you’ll find the Pokemon Center. Upon entering the Pokemon Center, you will be entered into an open space. You must journey to this location, a Charcadet spawn spot. If you’re out in the open and not seeing any cliffs, keep walking along until one appears. Once it does show up, search around the cliff’s edge for the Charcadet spawning area – where they often hang out!

If you can’t find Charcadet here, head to East Province Area One, the spawning grounds of Charcadet.

The Charcadets can be found in South Province Area Three, conveniently located behind the trainer at the Pokemon Center. You must take a short trip up the hill, and you will discover them.

East Province Zone 1 is also an excellent spot to hunt for Charcadet. This Pokemon can be found both day and night in this area, with a higher chance of appearing during the evening.

How to Evolve Charcadet into Armarouge or Ceruledge

Usually, you level up Pokemon or expose it to some item, e.g., Fire Stone, to make it evolve into something else. However, in the case of Charcadet, you need to get Malicious or Auspicious armor to evolve it into either Armarouge or Ceruledge.

To get one of the two Armor sets in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players must head to Zapapico and fly to the East Pokemon Center. Once there, head west into town to find an NPC near a water fountain, recognizable by an orange speech bubble that says, “Fancy a trade?”

NPC Location

To receive the armor, Pokemon Violet players must have ten Sinistea Chips, and Pokemon Scarlet players must have ten Bronzor Fragments, both of which can be obtained by defeating or capturing wild Bronzor and Sinistea. Once the necessary items are collected, players can trade them with the NPC in Zapapico for the Armor.

To evolve Charcadet with the Armor item, players should go to the Other Items section in their Bag, select the Armor item, press “Use this Item,” and choose Charcadet from their party.

Charcadet is a fire-type Pokemon, making it effective against its enemies. It can cover itself in flames to protect itself from any potential attack if it senses something suspicious. That’s all you need to know to catch Charcadet in Pokemon Scarlet And Violet. Want to catch more Pokemon? Here are guides that’ll help:
