The newly released (early access) title Going Medieval is all the rage right now. The game has a very interesting premise and reminds me of the Medieval Dynasty. The mechanics are complicated and to progress, you need to know the basics of everything. In this guide, we will discuss everything you need to know on how to build a roof Going Medieval.
Going Medieval: How to Build a Roof
To build a roof in Going Medieval you first need to have walls under it. When you have walls you can start working on the roof. Go to the base building section at the bottom of the screen or you can press F1 to open it right away.
Choose the Wicker Roof option and then select what type of roof you want to build. Drag the blueprint you want to build from one corner of the wall to the other. Depending on your building priority settings, your minions will build the roof.
Now that you know how to build a wall, let’s walk about the types of walls available in Going Medieval.
You can use different types your materials to build your roofs in the game. To use materials other than the ones listed, you need to open the sub-menu on the right of the menu you open after selecting the roof. In this sub-menu, you can choose different variants. For larger rooms, you will have to research roof support.
And that’s how you build the roof in Going Medieval.
