Use any attacks that keep the boss in the air while you perform ranged attacks or heal yourself in the meantime. The dragon uses frost breath a lot and if he is standing upright you know that the dragon can shoot its breath.

Attack Patterns
Tail Swipe: The boss uses its tail to swipe at you.
Bite: The boss lunges forward and tries to bite.
Claw Combo: Kraeaxenar, Wyrm Of Sky performs a front swipe and then a ground smash.
Frost Breath Flyby: The boss will float in the air and start breathing frost on the ground. Get under or behind the boss to avoid this attack. There is a slight delay between his flight and the time he starts to breathe frost so use it to your advantage.
Hover Breath: The boss will hover in the air but starts shooting frost down immediately. Kraeaxenar, Wyrm Of Sky uses this attack when at least half HP is drained.
