The hunt for Aaron Keener began at Coney Island and will take players back to the streets of New York. In this guide, we’ve detailed everything players need to know about how to access Warlords of New York expansion in the Division 2.
Access Warlords of New York
For the uninitiated, Warlords of New York isn’t included in the game’s Year-1 Pass and is a separate purchase of $39.99 USD on all platforms. In addition to this, the players will also need to be Level 30 and on World Tier 5 global difficulty. Gear Score doesn’t need to be 500.
The Division 2 Warlords of New York also comes bundled with a Character Boost that will boost any character to Level 30, World Tier 5. Players who don’t want to use the WONY Character Boost can simply complete the base game’s campaign and progress through World Tiers by continuing to increase their Gear Score and completing invaded Strongholds.
Once the aforementioned conditions are met, the players will need to travel to the White House and speak to the helicopter pilot directly outside it. It’s through the helicopter pilot that the players access activities that take place on the outskirts of Washington D.C. such as Operations Dark Hours, Camp White Oak, Coney Island, etc.
The players will simply need to speak to the pilot and travel to New York. I should also mention it here that once in New York, players won’t be able to travel back to DC without completing the entire campaign of Warlords of New York. The campaign of WONY has around 5 main missions so it probably won’t take long anyway.
