Your journey in Hogwarts Legacy will eventually take you through the mysterious Hall of Herodiana. The quest to navigate this puzzling chamber will test your spellcasting skills, but the rewards are worth the trouble.
With our guide, you’ll be able to solve the Hall of Herodiana puzzles using Depulso and Accio spells. Depluso and Accio are the main spells you need to solve Hall of Herodiana, so make sure to unlock them before attempting the puzzles. There are three puzzles in Halls of Herodiana, and we will solve all of them in this guide.

Hall of Herodiana Puzzle #1
The first chamber is the easiest; all you need to do is use Depuls to push the block to the other side of the room. Then climb on top of it to enter the chest section and proceed to the second puzzle area.
How to Get the Optional Chest
There is an optional chest in the first room to your immediate left after entering. To get the optional chest, you need to go to the other side of the block and use Depulso to push it toward the door you came from. Now stand in front of the block and Depulso to push it against the wall, under the opening that leads to the chest.
Hall of Herodiana Puzzle #2
As soon as you enter the second Halls of Herodiana puzzle area, you will see two blocks to your right and one up on the left. Stand next to the left block and use Depulso to push it back to ward off the pillar. Now use Accio to bring the two attached blocks to the right wall and then Depulso them to push them under the first singular block, thus attaching all three together.
The final step is to use Accio to pull all three blocks to the right wall next to the immovable stone block and then Accio them again for a last pull toward the wall we wish to climb.
How to Get the Optional Chest
To get the optional chest, you need to send the two blocks to the right side of the wall using Accio. And then, instead of sending them to link up with the third block, Use Accio again to pull them to the right, bringing them under the immovable stone block. Use Accio again to pull the singular block to the left side of the room and the two blocks to the right as well. Now one last Accio to pull the singular block toward the other two, attaching all three together. You can then use Accio again to pull the three blocks under the optional chest above the door from where you came from.
Hall of Herodiana Puzzle #3
The third Hall of Herodiana puzzle is the easiest to solve, but you will need to reset the puzzle once. There are only two blocks you need to deal with; use Accio to pull the two blocks back a little to fill the gap. Now stand next to them and use Accio again to pull them toward the right wall.
Push them to the other side of the room with Depulso and then use Accio to pull the blocks to the left and right of the room. Use the blocks to reach the stone platform on the left side of the room and then reset the puzzle, making the blocks return to their original positions.
Once that’s done, use Accio to pull the blocks all the way to the other side of the room and then Accio again to bring them to the left side, next to the stone platform you’re standing on.
