How To Heal In Tower Of Fantasy, Satiety System Explained

As you face off against tougher opponents, you will receive damage. In order to counter that, you need to know how to heal. In this Tower of Fantasy guide, we are going to go over how you can heal and how the Satiety System works.

How To Heal In Tower Of Fantasy

You can heal in Tower of Fantasy by consuming food. So be sure to cook or buy some food if you are planning on taking on enemies. You can also use the Satiety system to get your HP back but that only works when you are not in battle.

How Satiety System Works

Satiety will heal your character when you are outside of battle. The effect kicks in once you are out of battle for 5 seconds. As time progresses Satiety points are going to decrease and the healing will become less effective. The following is the breakdown of how effective different levels of satiety points are:

  • 61-100 Satiety points = 5% HP every 2 seconds
  • 31-60 Satiety points = 3.5% HP every 2 seconds
  • 1-30 Satiety points = 2% HP every 2 seconds
  • 0 Satiety points: No auto heal

How To Get Satiety Points

You can increase Satiety points by eating food in Tower of Fantasy. Uncooked food will add some Satiety points but cooked food will get you additional points. Different types of food will give you a different number of points. French Fries restore 7 points while Brown rice bread increases 16 points.
