Gunfire Reborn Elemental Fusions Guide – Miasma, Explosion, Manipulation

Elemental Fusion is an interesting mechanic in Gunfire Reborn. It essentially allows you to mix two elemental damage types to create devastating elemental effects. In this Gunfire Reborn Elemental Fusions guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about how different EFs work and their requirements.

Gunfire Reborn Elemental Fusions

As of right now, there are only 3 Elemental Fusions available in the game. We are hopeful for more to be added later down the road. The following are all the Elemental Fusions available in the game as of now:

Miasma
Shock + Decay
When you combine Shock and Decay, you get the Miasma EF. Miasma does incredible amounts of DoT which is very strong against red-bar enemies but lacks when it comes to shielded and armored enemies.

Explosion
Burn + Decay
Combining Decay with Burn damage allows you to create Explosion EF. Explosion, as the name suggests, creates a massive explosion that deals huge damage to all the enemies within the blast radius. However, unlike Miasma, this Elemental Fusion ignores shields as well as armor on enemies and deals the same damage regardless. It is something that I highly recommend using against bosses and to clear adds in an area.

Manipulation
Shock + Burn
The last Elemental Fusion that we have in Gunfire Reborn is called Manipulation and is made by combining Shock with Burn. Applying this Elemental Fusion on an enemy manipulates it into attacking other enemies. This can come in handy when you have to clear an area with a lot of enemies.

Some good examples of producing Elemental Fusions is by playing as Crown Prince or Aoi Bai. With Aoi Bai, you can simply dual-wield two types of weapons and produce any Elemental Fusion you prefer. Crown Prince, on the other hand, is equipped with grenades that perform Decay which you can combine with any of the elemental weapons you prefer.

This is how Elemental Fusions in Gunfire Reborn work in the game. For more help on the game, you can check out our Gunfire Reborn wiki guides.
