In Grounded you are going to need resources such are food and water if you want to survive. If you are interested in exploring then you are going to need to store water so that you can take it with you. To do that you will need a canteen. In this Grounded canteen guide, we are going to go over how you can make a canteen in the game.

How To Make A Canteen In Grounded

In order to make a canteen in grounded, you will need the following resources:

  • 2x Woven Fiber
  • 3x Grub Hides

How To Get Woven Fiber

Woven Fiber can be found by getting some plant fiber and then analyzing it in the analyzer. Doing this will unlock the recipe for Woven Fiber. You can also learn more by checking out our Grounded Recipes Guide.

How To Get Grub Hide

To get grub hides you need to look for fallen acorns that you can find under the Oak Tree. When you get one break it with a hammer and collect the broken pieces of the shell. You can use the shells to make a shovel which you are going to need to get grubs.

When you find something crawling under the ground use the shovel to bring out the grub. Switch to a weapon to kill the grub and you will be able to get grub hide.

Crafting The Canteen

Analyze the grub hide and you will get the recipe for the canteen that you need in Grounded. Head over to the crafting menu to make the canteen.
