All Cooking Pots on the Great Sky Island in Zelda TotK

The Great Sky Island, one of the main locations in Zelda TotK, has several cooking pots scattered throughout its map. However, locating all of them can be a challenging task, especially for new players. So here are all the cooking pot locations and how to get to them in the Great Sky Island of The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

Important

Some shrines are on the snowy island areas where the weather is harsh. Cook up some Spicy Pepper to get Cold Resistance to protect yourself.

Cooking Pot #1

The first cooking pot is quite easy to find and you usually come across this one during the natural progression of the story. This Zelda Tears of the Kingdom cooking pot is near the Temple of Time where you meet Ruaru and Princess Zelda. It is right at the base of a snowy mountain area. Look for a small ruin and usually, there is also a Soldier Construct present at this location.

Cooking Pot #2

From the first cooking pot location, climb up to the snowy mountain area and turn right toward the river and waterfall. You can easily see a construct working near the river, building boats with Zonai devices. Behind him is a small ruin that contains a cooking pot. The location of this cooking pot is well placed because you can light your wooden sticks, weapons, and torches to protect yourself from cold weather. You can also cook foods that help protect you from freezing cold.

Cooking Pot #3

From the second cooking pot, take the Zonai boat and cross the river. Turn right and you will soon come across a small ruin that has your third cooking pot of the Great Sky Island. There are also some peppers in the area so make sure to grab them before you move on to the next section.

Cooking Pot #4

Instead of going right where you found the third cooking pot, turn left from the river and climb up. You can climb all the way up to reach this location. This cooking pot is on the upper section of the waterfall. There is a small bridge that allows you to crossover to the other side of the river when you climb high enough. You will know you’re in the right place because the pot is easily visible from a distance and other is a Soldier Construct near it.

Cooking Pot #5

The next cooking pot is sitting inside a small ruin just before the Gutanbac Shrine. As far as I remember, there is no fire under the cooking pot here so make sure to bring some arrows and Fire Fruits to start a fire under the cooking pot before using it.

Cooking Pot #6

From the 5th cooking pot, go toward the Gutanbac Shrine, and to your right should be an upper platform that you can reach by using the Ascend Ability. When you reach the platform go straight into the big tree where you can see a bonfire and a chest next to it. Head straight from there to the other side and you should see a Zonai Device dispenser and a couple of wings at the bottom. The wings fly off rails and to reach this cooking pot you need to jump with your glider from the edge of the rails. Glide down to the small ruin on the river bank to find the cooking pot. You will have to light a fire under this one as well in order to start cooking.

Cooking Pot #7

The best way to reach this cooking pot is by fast traveling to the Ukouh Shrine and gliding down toward the bonfire and Worker Construct. From there, you can use the grab ability to attach two logs and use them to cover the broken bridge. Crossover to the other side and keep heading straight to find a small ruin with the cooking pot inside.

Cooking Pot #8

You can find a cooking pot near the In-sa Shrine. Fast travel to the shrine and start going left toward the bottom of the shrine. You will quickly spot some Soldier Constructs and a cooking pot. The location is next to a hidden cave that you can explore for resources.

Cooking Pot #9

Anyways, to reach this Great Sky Island cooking pot you need to fast travel to Nachoyah Shrines. There are a couple of wings on the outer deck of the ruins that host the shrine. Use one of the wings to glide toward the snowy mountains. Drop down toward the edge of the snowy mountains and you will a cooking pot at the bottom, inside the hidden cave.

Cooking Pot #10

The final Cooking Pot is in the snowy mountain and the only way to get there is by using your glider. Fast travel to the Gutanbac Shrine and from its back jump down and fly toward the edge of the map. At the lowest snowy sky island, you will find this pot under a rock shed and next to two Soldier Constructs.
