The Midgard realm in the God of War: Ragnarok expansion has many hidden but useful items. One type of these are Nornir Chests, which you can find throughout the Frozen Wasteland. To open these chests, you’ll need to dispense with three runes guarding it. In this guide, I’ll tell you how to unlock Nornir Chest at the Raider Hideout in God of War: Ragnarok.

Rune #1
If you’re looking for the Midgard Nornir Chest, it’s to the northeast. The hint is “The Eternal Campfire” at King’s Grave. As you’re making your way there, you’ll come across the “Animal Instincts” quest underneath the pathway. Once you veer off to the side, look for the first rune on the left of the Nornir Chest. Now use Sigil Arrows and Blade of Chaos to burn red vines blocking your way. Amplify with the same tools as before near runes.

Rune #2
You will find the second rune near the first one. Go to the Radier camp, now unoccupied, where you will find the gold ore. The second rune is behind the camp. Almost in the center of the camp, you will find a jar with a fire bomb. Use this fire bomb to destroy more Gold Ore. Throw a fire bomb on the Rune to light up its touches of fire.

Rune #3
You will find the third rune, which is the final one, at the cave entrance. But if you reach the entrance, you will see nothing because the ruin is hidden. Therefore reach the stairwell and then turn, and inside the cannon, you will find a rune that is beyond your reach. Take out the fire bomb jar and use the Sigil Arrows, which will you make a connection with the Nornir rune. After you shoot fire bombs at the three Runes to light them up simultaneously, you will be able to open the Nornir Chest.

We hope this helped you get the Nornir Chest in the Raider Hideout in God of War: Ragnarok. You can also see our God of War: Ragnarok wiki page for more tips and strategies.
