You will learn how to fast travel to the crater, climb the chains, and visit the Wishing Well, where you can purify your crystals to upgrade your armor sets in God of War Ragnarok.
How to Get Purified Crystalline in God of War Ragnarok
There are two steps to getting Purified crystalline. The first step is to get crystalline fragments by breaking yellow rock formations located in the crater, jungle, and other locations in God of War Ragnarok. You can throw their spear at the rocks to shatter them and collect the crystalline fragments. You then need to purify the crystalline fragments to extract Purified Crystalline.
To purify the fragments, You need to fast travel to the crater, climb the chains on the left side and go to the wishing well, which is located next to the Mystic Gateway. Throwing the unpurified crystals in the wishing well will purify them and also drop a good set of gear that reduces incoming damage while using runic attacks or relics. You can repeat this process to get as many purified crystals as you need.

To unlock the path that leads to the Wishing Well, you need to complete Scent of Survival favor is straightforward but you need to know where to start. Head west from From Brok and Lunda’s to find Helka the mutt. Follow Helka and you will be prompted with the Scent of Survival Favor.
- Step #1: Follow Helka and swing across the spear bars to reach the river bank. Helka’s footsteps are near the boat and finding them will update the quest marker. Take the boat and follow the quest marker and soon you will see Helka run off nearby on the beach.
- Step #2: Follow Helka’s tracks, remove the tree obstructing the path, and then defeat a set of wisps. Once done, go through the small opening on the right.
- Step #3: Jump over the gap on the other side and lift the pillar. You will eventually come across a set of Draugr so take them down.
- Step #4: Move forwards and you will see Helka in the distance but to follow the mutt you need to change the rim of the day from the celestial altar to your right.
- Step #5: Follow Helka by climbing the wall underneath her. Interact with the air next to Helka to complete the Scent of Survival favor
