In this Ghost of Tsushima guide, we’ve detailed everything you need to know about finding all Inari Shrines in the game.

Ghost of Tsushima Inari Shrines

Inari Shrines in Ghost of Tsushima are special places which you can visit in order to honor them and unlock additional charm slots in return – somewhat akin to Places of Power in The Witcher III: Wild Hunt. After finding an Inari Shrine, simply walk to it and press ‘R2’ to honor it. Inari Shrines are hidden all across the game’s world and can be a little tedious to find. And while it’s entirely possible to find them on your own, the best way to find them is to follow the foxes.

During your travels, you’ll randomly come across a fox out in the open. If you decide to follow these foxes, they’ll lead you to nearby Inari Shrine that you may otherwise miss. Therefore, it’s a good idea to always follow these foxes if you can.

Honoring 3 Inari Shrines in Ghost of Tsushima will reward you with an additional slot for your charms. And since charms are incredibly powerful in the game, thanks to the benefits they provide, it doesn’t hurt to have as many of charm slots as possible. Charms in the game can provide you with various benefits including but not restricted to HP regeneration, status ailments, and more.
