How To Get Unlimited Smithing Stones In Elden Ring

Smithing Stones allow you to upgrade your weapons in order to improve their stats and increase their damage. Exploring the world and finding these can take a lot of time. In this Elden Ring guide, we are going to go over how you can get unlimited Smithing Stones.

Note that some of the Smithing Stone Bell Bearings are dropped by bosses. If you are interested in going in blind then we recommend not reading any further.

Getting Unlimited Smithing Stones In Elden Ring

In order to get unlimited Smithing Stones, you need to find and get the Smithing Stone Bell Bearings. You can give these to the twins in the Roundtable Hold. Once you do that you can buy as many Smithing Stones as you want as long as you have the runes to pay for them.

Do note that in order to get the Smithing Stone Bell Bearings, you need to defeat Godrick the Grafted, which is the second boss in the game. Doing this will give you access to Liurnia of the Lakes. The following is where you can get the Smithing Stone Bell Bearings in Elden Ring.

Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 1

Smithing Miner’s Bell Bearing 1 lets you buy Smithing Stones 1 and 2 from the twins in the Roundtable Hold. In order to get it, you need to complete the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel dungeon which is located on the northeast side of Liurnia of the Lakes.

Smithing Stones Elden Ring

The enemies here are not too tough. Remember to bring a weapon that does blunt damage in order to make quick work of the enemies. You can also run past them and defeat the final boss in order to get the Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 1.

Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 2

This lets you buy Smithing Stones 3, and 4. In order to get the Bell Bearing, you need to get to Leyndell, the Royal Capital. You do not have to head inside the capital in order to get it. It is found inside the dungeon called Sealed Tunnel.

Smithing Stones Elden Ring

Once you are inside, there is a Site of Grace. As you progress, you might feel like there isn’t much inside but on the west side of the room there is a wall that you can hit in order to reveal a secret passage. You will find the Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 2 inside a chest.

So you don’t really need to defeat any of the enemies. You could run to the chest open it, get the Bell Bearing and then run back.

Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 3

This allows you to buy Smithing Stones 5 and 6. This can be found in the Mountaintops of the Giants. Getting to the location involves some story, so we are not going to get into that in case you want to experience it for yourself.

Once you are in the region, you can head over to the Zamor Ruins and take the stairs down where you will find a chest. Open the chest and get the Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 3.

Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 4

This one lets you buy Smithing Stones 7 and 8. You cannot miss this one as it is part of the main story. Once you reach Crumbling Farum Azula, after progressing through the Mountain Tops of the Giants, you need to beat the boss here and it will drop the Smithing Stone Bell Bearing 4.
