There are many different kinds of weapons in Velheim. They do different types of damage. For blunt damage, you have maces and hammers. In this Valheim guide, we are going to go over how you can get an Iron Mace.
Getting An Iron Mace In Valheim
To make an Iron Mace in Valheim, you need iron, Wood and leather scraps. To get wood you can chop down trees. You can get leather from boars. If you have a few boars for breeding then you can use their offsprings for scraps and raw meat. If you don’t then you can find them in the Meadows in the Black Forest. They are pretty common.
Once you have all the materials you need to smelt the iron scraps using the smelter. After getting 4 wood, 3 leather scraps, and 20 smelted iron you can make an Iron Mace using a level 2 forge. You can then upgrade the mace to higher levels in order to improve stats. The following is what you need to know about the upgrades for the Iron Mace in Valheim:

Hammers and other weapons that do blunt damage are great against skeletons, blobs and oozes. It is a great weapon for players that are headed to the Swamp Biome.
