Barn Finds have sort of become a staple in the Forza Horizon series. These are basically classic cars rotting away in various barns across Mexico. However, as one might have guessed, these cars require a thorough restoration process before being drivable. In this guide, we have shared the locations of all the Barn Finds to get vintage cars in Forza Horizon 5.
Forza Horizon 5 Barn Finds
While roaming around Mexico, the player will begin hearing rumors of a vintage car tucked away in a garage somewhere in Mexico. Without these rumors, it is impossible to get the car even if the barn is found. As for these rumors, these usually appear after completing races, Adventure Missions, purchasing houses, etc.
Following a rumor, a rough location of the car will appear on the map. Now, all that the player needs to do is to travel to the marked location and drive around the highlighted area until the barn is found – remember these are often hidden in plain sight. Simply drive right next to the barn and the car will be sent for restoration.
Below, we have shared the locations of all 14 Barn Finds in Forza Horizon 5 – make sure to use the Drone Mode to get to them a little easier:
Renault 4L Export
This one is fairly simple. To get to it, check the top-right corner of the Dunas Blancas on the map. It should be in the middle of the desert.
Toyota T100 Baja Truck
This one is located right next to De Otro Mundo – there should also be a landmark nearby. Drive to the southeast of the field to get to the barn.
Jaguar Sport XJR-15
For this one, drive all the way to the airport and it should be somewhere near the airstrip, near the southwest tip of the map.
Ford Racing Escort Mk1
This one is found near La Gran Caldera. It should be somewhere near the volcano.
Porsche 911 Carrera RS
This one is right next to Ford Racing Escort Mk1. A fairly simple method of getting to it is to take the main road near the Colinas Aridas.
Ford Mustang GT 2 Fastback
To get this one, drive all the way to the northeast of Guanajuato. Keep on driving and stick to the left side to get to it.
This one is toward the bottom-right corner of Tierra Prospera on the map. Once again, using the Drone Mode can make it a little easier.
Ferrari 250 GTO
For this Barn Find, the player needs to drive to The Eliminator on the map and it should be somewhere nearby. Check the Lost Jardines sign to locate it rather easily.
Dodge Dart Hemi Super Stock
To get to it, the player needs to head all the way to the Teotihuacan sign. There should also be a potential house nearby.
Dodge Viper GTS ACR
This one has to be the easiest to locate in Forza Horizon 5. All that is needed to do is to travel to the ‘A’ in Gran Pantano on the map – it should be nearby.
To get this one, head over to the west of the Horizon Wilds.
Ferrari F40 Competizione
This one requires the player to drive toward the west of Horizon Apex, near the Riviera Maya.
BMW 2002 Turbo
Another simple one to locate. All that the player needs to do is to drive toward the northwest edge of Guanajuato.
To get this one, drive all the way to Tierra Prospera and search the area right next to a Drift Zone – it is not far away from the Horizon Festival.
Since it can be pretty tough to perfectly follow the directions using a text guide, be sure to check the video guide attached below for better references, thanks to GamersPrey:
