Best Formation: 4-4-2 or 4-2-4 Wide
However, if you can’ get players inside the box then don’t bother using this formation. First, get the players that can actually pull off this formation flawlessly.
Tiki-Taka
This Football Manager 2020 tactic focuses on quick passes and a lot of shorts that will give you a significant advantage if you can pull it off properly. Vertical Tiki-Taka

This tactic is quite flashy as it requires players to get the possession of the ball and take it to the upfield. However, this tactic is only effective in the lower leagues as the top ones just tear through it.
