One of the coolest changes in Fortnite is the ability to fly boats albeit being unintentional. This will obviously be patched at a later date but there is no harm in trying it while it is still doable. Our guide will give you a complete overview of everything you need to do in order to fly boats in Fortnite.
Fly Boats in Fortnite
First of all, if you are a solo-only player, you are out of luck. To recreate the bug, you need to have a squad. Jump into a game with your buddies and dedicate players to finding 3 things. These are a boat, a Grappler, and a Helicopter.
As you might have guessed by now, one player will need to control the Helicopter, one player will need to be in the boat, and the last player will be in the boat but with the Grappler. When you are all set up and ready, let the Helicopter take off and let the player with Grappler hook the Helicopter and sit down immediately afterward. Remember that you must continue to hook the Helicopter over and over again as it soars into the air.
The timing to do is strict and it will probably take you quite a while to do it consistently. If done successfully, all of you should find yourself in the sky, looking down at the aftermath of the Doomsday event. Lastly, as mentioned earlier, the ability to fly boats in the game is clearly not intended by developers. You can expect it to be patched at the earliest so gather your squad and do it while you still can.
