Fire Emblem: Three Houses brings tons of classes once you level up your character enough, you get access to Master Classes. You can level up multiple characters and spend a ton of time unlocking master classes to add to your experience. These Master Classes can truly be a formidable force on the battlefield. Our Fire Emblem: Three Houses Master Classes unlock guide will explain what these classes are and how to unlock them.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses Master Classes

If you have played Pokemon you will know that each Pokemon usually comes with its own evolution. Consider Master Classes the evolution of a unit type in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. There are a total of 8 master classes and any unit can become a master class. You can turn any unit into any of the 8 master classes so you have enough options to experiment with.

But there are some requirements for this. They must have the right stats and of course, pass the Certification Exam.

Another thing you must know is that there are better options than Fire Emblem: Three Houses master classes. Your main character, as well as House Leaders, help unlock better and unique classes than the 8 master classes.

Reach Level 30 and Get Master Seals

To unlock what you are looking for you first need to reach level 30 with a unit. Once you reach level 30 you first unlock the ability to get master seals. You can buy master seals through the Fire Emblem: Three Houses Item Shop for 3000 gold. You can only get these seals in limited quantity from the Item Shop. However, when you reach act 2 you’ll meet Anna, the marketplace Marchant. Her shop is locked until you complete a side quest for her.

Unlock All Master Classes

Master Classes are unlocked on free days so wait for that. With Master Seals in your possession pass Certification Exams for each class you wish to unlock.

Certification Exams are taken on free days only. Moreover, you can’t take multiple exams at once. Fire Emblem puts a limit on how many exams you can take in a week. Each week only one exam is allowed. That’s why you need to make sure you have a good chance of passing it because you don’t want to waste your master seals.

You can select Certification from the menu and choose the unit you wish to upgrade. Now choose the master class you want the unit to go for. You will use a master seal and your unit will take the Certification Exam.
