Go to the second floor of Top Of The World and use the marked weapons workbench and switch to Modify menu and select Rose’s Syringer. Once modified, it’s time to find the Yao Guai and shoot it with Rose’s Syringer equipped with Karma Syringe Barrel.

Yao Guai can be found north of Seneca Rocks Visitor Center. Players need to survive for 60 seconds until the effects of the drug wear off and then kill it.

After that, locate nearest Tinker’s Workbench and craft explosive bait. Just follow the objective marker to one, grab the components required from a container. Craft explosive bait and it’s time to use it.

After that, Rose will ask players to make friends with a Deathclaw. Approach the Deathclaw and hit the activate button to complete the objective. Now players can either flee or kill the Deathclaw.

Once players are don’t with the Deathclaw, the next objective is to steal from a Super Mutant Camp. Go to the objective marker and get to the marked container and take the Missile launcher from it. The quest concludes here.
