Fallout 4 offers a lot of content for the player outside the main quests. If players want, they can ignore the main quest and go about doing side quests, faction quests, and more. However, to 100% the game, players have to complete the main quests. In this Fallout 4 guide, we will help players with the Glowing Sea Walkthrough.
The Glowing Sea Walkthrough
Doctor Amari’s advice and Kellogg’s memories suggest that players find the escaped Institute Scientist. His last known position was the Glowing Sea, which is the most irradiated region in the game.
Since players are going in a radiation zone, they need to protect themselves by using Hazmat suits. However, Hazmat suits provide little protection against enemies. Alternatively, players should unlock scavenge or craft Rad-X and RadAway.
Go to the marker while facing Radscorpions, Feral Ghouls, and other wildlife along the way. Once players reach the objective marker, they’ll be close to the Crater of the Atom.
This is a hostile area, the easy way to go through this is by holstering the weapon and speak to Mother Isolde and ask her. She’ll direct players to a nearby cave.
Get to the cave located southwest of the Crater of the Atom. There will be a Deathclaw here. Fight it or sneak past it. Players will find Virgil in the cave. He’ll ask players to retrieve serum from The Institute in exchange for his knowledge. This is an optional quest and helping Virgil won’t really help with the player’s main quest. Players can just kill him and take his weapon alternatively.
