Location #3: Southwest of the Church of Pilgrimage you will find the Fourth Church of Marika atop a hill. Inside the Church, there is another Sacred Tear.

Location #5: In Liurnia, you will find a tear in the Church of Irith. Go can access the church by killing Godrick the Golden or finding the secret entrance.
