Diablo 4 is getting a giant patch with the release of Season 2, and a lot of changes have been implemented. Not only have classes and skills been tweaked, but new unique items have been added as well. In this Diablo 4 guide, I go over all the 12 new unique items that have been added in Season 2.
All 12 New Unique Items Added In Diablo 4 Season 2 (Blood)
The following are all the new unique items that have been added to Diablo 4 as part of Season of Blood (2).

| Flickerstep | Unique Boots | Each enemy you Evade through reduces your active Ultimate Cooldown by 2-4 seconds, up to 10 seconds. | |
| Godslayer Crown | Unique Helm | When you Stun, Freeze, or Immobilize an Elite enemy or damage a Boss, it pulls in nearby enemies. You deal 30-60% more damage to them for 3 seconds. | |
| Tibault’s Will | Unique Pants | deal 20-40% increased damage while Unstoppable and for 4 seconds after. | |
| X’Fal’s Corroded Signet | Unique Ring | Lucky Hit: Your damage over time effects have up to a 50% chance to erupt, dealing 5.0-6.0 damage of the same type to Nearby enemies. | |
| Soulbrand | Unique Chest | Your Healing Potion no longer Heals instantly, instead it grants a Barrier for 200% of the healing for 4 seconds. You get 10-20% damage reduction inside the barrier. | |
| Banished Lord’s Talisman | Unique Amulet | Deal 20-40% increased damage while Unstoppable and for 4 seconds after. | |
| Dolmen Stone | Unique Amulet | Druid | Casting Boulder while Hurricane is active cause boulders to rotate towards you. |
| Blood Moon Breeches | Unique Pants | Necro | Casting Boulder while Hurricane is active causes boulders to rotate towards you. |
| Scoundrel’s Leathers | Unique Chest | Rogue | While you have unlimited Energy from Inner Sight, core skills have a 60-80% chance to spawn either Caltrops, Poison Traps or Death Traps. |
| Blue Rose | Unique Ring | Sorcerer | Lucky Hit: Damaging an enemy has up to a 30% chance of forming an exploding Ice Spike, dealing 0.25-0.35 Cold damage. |
| Tuskhelm of Joritz the Mighty | Unique Helm | Barbarian | When you gain Berserking while already Berserk, you have a 40-60% chance to become more enraged, granting 15% increased damage, 2 Fury per second, and 10% Cooldown Reduction. |
How To Get Unique Items In Diablo 4 Season of Blood
Getting unique items to drop in Diablo 4 Season of Blood comes down to luck and RGN. You can only get them at World Tiers 3 and 4 (Nightmare and Torment World Tiers) once you have beaten the campaign. Some activities that drop Unique Items in Diablo 4 are:
- Helltide
- Tree of Whispers
- Killing Elite and Bosses in dungeons
- Nightmare Dungeons
- World Bosses
- World events
