Destiny 2: Season of the Lost Week 8 Challenges Guide

Weekly Challenges in Destiny 2 can be completed in order to farm XP, Bright Dust, and gear. Most of these challenges are fairly simple but can be a little tedious. And that is where this guide comes in – to help the player complete them effectively. In this Destiny 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to know about all the Week 8 Challenges in Season of the Lost.

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost Week 8 Challenges

In the table below, we have provided a complete list of all the Week 8 Challenges in Destiny 2: Season of the Lost:

Week 8 Challenges Requirements Tips to Complete
Aggressive Cartography Complete a Legendary branch of the Shattered Realm. There is not much that is changed in the Legendary version of the Shattered Realm, especially with a team. However, do note that in order to access it, the questline from the earlier weeks must be completed.
Shattered Blademaster Defeat 300 combatants with Swords in the Shattered Realm activity. Defeating powerful combatants grants bonus progress. Just use something like The Lament in the Shattered Realm to do it.
Ruthless Ley Liner Complete the Astral Alignment activity and destroy Ether. This requires the player to play a lot of Astral Alignment. Pretty simple.
Display of Authority Acquire the Gambit ornament for Ascendancy. Just play a lot of Gambit, especially during double/triple Infamy weeks. Also, do not forget to do Gambit Bounties along the way. The ornament should unlock once 2 full resets have been attained.
Pinnacle Reach Power Level 1330 by earning powerful rewards and Prime Engrams. This challenge is a little bugged right now. In order to complete it, all the equippable items (weapons and armor) need to be 1330.
Fusion Rifle and Sword Calibration Calibrate Fusion Rifles and Swords. Earn bonus progress against opposing Guardians. Using Vex Mythoclast in Crucible is a good way to complete this challenge fairly quickly.
