Twisted Energy is one of many types of currencies added to Destiny 2 Season of Arrivals. You need to have Twisted Energy in order to upgrade the Prismatic Recaster. However, there are only a handful of ways of earning Twisted Energy in the game. In this Destiny 2 Season of Arrivals guide, we will walk you through everything you need to know about how to farm a lot of Twisted Energy in the game.
Destiny 2 Season of Arrivals Twisted Energy
Prismatic Recaster is located in the same room as Drifter, on the left side. What it does is provide you with bounties to chase and alter the rewards from Umbral Engrams. Using the Prismatic Recaster, you are essentially narrowing the loot pool and Bungie is kind of going in the direction of Targeted Loot with it. After altering an Umbral Engram, you should be able to open it up using the Umbral Decoder.
To do Umbral Research, however, you need to have Twisted Energy. And as mentioned earlier, there are not a lot of ways of earning it in the game. The following are all the different ways using which you can earn some extra Twisted Energy in the game:
You receive a small amount of Twisted Energy at Season Pass ranks 2, 12, 92. Aside from this, you can pick up the Weekly Bounties from the Prismatic Recaster in order to earn 500 Twisted Energy from them each. Sadly, there is no way of earning it from Daily Bounties.
Therefore, if you wish to increase the amount of Twisted Energy you earn in the game, you need to have 3x characters and must do these Weekly Bounties on all characters. Doing so should net you about 3,000 Twisted Energy per week which is good enough.
This is how you can farm some Twisted Energy in Destiny 2 Season of Arrivals. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Destiny 2 wiki guides.
