Mission: Invoke is the very first mission that you are required to complete for The Bladed Path questline in Destiny 2: Season of the Witch. It requires you to enter the Altars of Summoning in order to strengthen Eris Morn by defeating Hive. Before you can launch the Mission: Invoke, however, you will need to complete the introductory mission that Season of the Witch throws you into. Destiny 2 Mission: Invoke
You should be able to start the Mission: Invoke in Destiny 2 directly from the H.E.L.M. After you have done that, you will find yourself in the Altars of Summoning. Once there, stand in the Hive Ritual area to begin the Ritual of Induction. After you have done that, head toward the Altar of Devotion to meet with Eris. This is where you will fight your first boss.
Alak’nar
To defeat Alak’nar, continue to damage him until he is immune. In order to remove the immunity shield, you will need to defeat three Wizards in the area and deposit the Tributes from them on the glowing plate. After that, you should be able to damage him as usual. Once he is immune, repeat the same process until he is defeated.
Terrany Minds
After defeating Alak’nar, return to the next area where Eris Morn will appear. Simply speak with her to start the next encounter. In this encounter, you will see three Vex Minotaurs in the middle. Keep on damaging one of them — the remaining two will be immune — until you see a Vex Conflux appear in the area.
Once this Vex Conflux appears, two Hobgoblins will try to sacrifice near it. You simply need to defeat these Hobgoblins before they sacrifice while damaging the Vex Minotaurs to complete the encounter.
Ei Haaruz
Once again, travel to the next area and speak with Eris Morn to start the next encounter. In this one, you will see some Arc Crystals in the area — with a glowing one in the middle. You simply need to melee the middle Arc Crystal to get a 15-second buff during which you must punch other Arc Crystals in the area — every time you punch an Arc Crystal, you will refresh your timer.
Once you have destroyed all the Arc Crystals, deal damage to the boss in the middle area. There will also be a Lucent Hive if you did not defeat it earlier. After you have defeated Ei Haaruz, return to H.E.L.M. for a bit of lore.
