During the Unfinished Business quest for the new Exotic Machine Gun, Deterministic Chaos, you will be required to collect some Cloud Accretions. It is a Planetary Material, kind of like Fundamental Osmium, Microphasic Datalattice, etc. found on the other Destinations. Aside from being needed for the Unfinished Business quest, it is also used to increase reputation with Nimbus, the new vendor in Neomuna. Destiny 2: Lightfall Cloud Accretions Farming
Cloud Accretion is a Planetary Material that can only be found on Neomuna. Farming it can be very annoying since it spawns in random places. There is, however, a neat trick that should speed up the process. To make it work, you will need two things i.e., a Sniper Rifle and the Perfected Resource Detector mod.
After arriving on Neomuna, equip the Perfected Resource Detector mod on your Ghost Shell. This will allow you to detect Cloud Accretions within a 75 meter range. After you are done, equip a Sniper Rifle and scan the nearby areas with your scope. You will see all the Cloud Accretions marked with a small ‘Triangle’ symbol. As simple as it can be. As for the areas where you need to search, both the Zephyr Concourse and Liming Harbor are decent choices. However, as mentioned earlier, these resources can be randomly found all across Neomuna.
