The Title is a new 750 Void SMG added to Destiny 2 to celebrate the Guardian Games 2022. The thing that makes The Title a unique weapon is its Origin Trait called Classy Contender. This grants 5% Class Ability Energy after a kill. But since it comes with 14 perks in total, getting hands on a godroll can be a little time-consuming. Destiny 2 The Title
In order to farm The Title SMG, the player will need to complete the introductory quest for the Guardian Games. This quest (Best in Class) can be picked up from Eva Levante in The Tower. It is a simple quest that requires the player to speak to a couple of NPCs in The Tower and complete a few activities.
At the end of the quest, Eva Levante will reward the player with The Title. This copy of the SMG will always roll with Grave Robber and Vorpal Weapon – a belowpar roll at best. Luckily, it is very easy to farm better rolls.
In order to farm The Title with random rolls, the player needs to play the Guardian Games and deposit Medallions at the podium next to Eva Levante. There are different rarities of these Medallions i.e., Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. To earn Bronze/Silver, the player just needs to complete various activities. As for Gold/Platinum, these require the player to complete the Contender Cards bought from Eva Levante.
Depositing these Medallions at the podium will reward the player with The Title. It is also a good idea to equip the Class Item acquired from Eva Levante throughout the Guardian Games as it is needed to earn Laurels that is required to purchase the Contender Cards.
While the godroll of any weapon varies from person to person, we recommend SFA/OFA for PvE and DSR/MT for PvP. There are some other options like Focused Fury, Threat Detector, Vorpal Weapon, Surrounded, Swashbuckler, Perpetual Motion, etc. as well.
