The newly released Vow of the Disciple raid has arguably the coolest title/seal name in the entirety of Destiny 2 – Disciple-Slayer. Similar to earlier raids, there are a bunch of triumphs that the player needs to complete in order to get the seal/title. Sadly, there is no requirement for a ‘Flawless’ run like in Last Wish, CoS, etc. but the Master Mode should make it interesting. In this Destiny 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how to get the Disciple-Slayer seal/title.

Below, we have detailed all the different triumphs that are needed to complete the Disciple-Slayer title:

TriumphsRequirementsHow to Complete
Raid: Vow of the DiscipleTrophies from Vow of the Disciple raid in The Throne World. You will need to get all the weapons, armor, and cosmetics from the raid for a single character.
Vow of the DiscipleComplete the raid at least once. You can simply do the Rhulk checkpoint if you do not have enough time.
Vow of the Disciple: MasterVow of the Disciple raid completed on Master. You can check our detailed Master Mode guide to learn about all the changes.
Together in the DeepComplete all raid encounters with a team made entirely of the same Guardian class.Banner of War, Well of Radiance, etc. are probably good for this one.
Clan FieldtripComplete the Vow of the Disciple with a full team of clanmates.Just join any decent clan out there. It should not be hard.
Dark FlameYou need to complete all the raid encounters with a team made entirely of Solar subclass.Well of Radiance, Blade Barrage, and Hammers are all really good.
Dark AbyssYou need to complete all the raid encounters with a team made entirely of Void subclass. For this one, you can run Void Warlocks with Contraverse Hold, Hunters on Gyrfalcon, or Titans on HOIL.
Dark ChargeYou need to complete all the raid encounters with a team made entirely of Arc subclass.Assassin Cowl, Vesper of Radius, and HOIL are some decent recommendations.
Swift DestructionComplete the Swift Destruction challenge. You can see our Swift Destruction guide to learn more about it.
Base InformationComplete the Base Information challenge. You can see our Base Information guide to learn more about it.
Looping CatalystComplete the Looping Catalyst challenge. You can see our Looping Catalyst guide to learn more about it.
Pyramid ConquerorComplete all the encounter challenges on Master. You can check our detailed Master Mode guide to learn about all the changes.
On My GoYou need to defeat the Abated Adherents after they have started attacking an Obelisk. This one is done during the Acquisition encounter. Just try to break the line-of-sight or they will aggro toward you. Also, be sure to kill both the Glyphkeepers to make sure you have ample time to complete the encounter.
Handle with CareDefeat the Caretaker while having all the members of the fireteam stun him at least once per floor. From our experience, this one is probably the hardest triumph in the entire raid. It is important to note that Caretaker is stunned only after someone shoots at its open back.
Glyph to GlyphYou need to kill each set of Glyphkeepers in Exhibition within 5 seconds of each other. This one is pretty simple: just be sure to communicate with your teammates and it should be good.
Symmetrical EnergyDuring the Rhulk encounter, you must deposit the symbols within 5 seconds of each other. You can see our detailed Symmetrical Energy guide to learn more about it.
Secrets of the Sunken PyramidLoot the Hidden Chests in Vow of the Disciple. There are only 2 Hidden Chests that you can find throughout the raid — one in the opening area and the other one after the jumping puzzle once you defeat Caretaker.
Vow of the Disciple LorebooksThere are a total of 10 Lorebooks that you can collect — some in the Preservation mission and some in Vow of the Disciple. There is a neat little guide by 360GameTV that you can use to easily complete it.
