Acasia’s Dejection is a Solar-based Trace Rifle introduced in Destiny 2: Lightfall which is the only Solar TR aside from Retraced Path which cannot be obtained anymore. It can only be acquired from the Root of Nightmares raid and has some very decent perks, both of PvP and PvE. Trace Rifles have also received a pretty good buff recently which has made them pretty viable for endgame content, for clearing adds. In this Destiny 2 guide, we have shared some Acasia’s Dejection Godrolls that we think are really good both for PvP and PvE.
Destiny 2 Acasia’s Dejection Godroll
Before we begin, do note that Acasia’s Dejection is also craftable so you can play around with different perks in order to craft the perfect roll for yourself. Aside from this, doing the Weekly Challenge on Master RoN also grants you with the Adept Acasia’s Dejection. Bungie has announced that we will soon be able to enhance perks on the Adept Raid Weapons which is a great QOL change. This means that if you get a decent Adept Acasia’s Dejection, do not dismantle it in the hopes of crafting a better one later as you will be able to enhance perks on this one.
Also, do note that Godrolls in Destiny 2 are completely subjective and you should always use the ones that you enjoy the most. With that said, here are our recommended Godrolls for Acasia’s Dejection:
PvE Godroll
As mentioned earlier, there are plenty of good perks in both the columns to choose from. Some of these include Incandescent, Reconstruction, Frenzy, Target Lock, etc.
- Barrel: Arrowhead Break
- Battery: Enhanced Battery
- Column 1: Reconstruction
- Column 2: Incandescent
In addition to Incandescent, perks like Target Lock, Frenzy, Paracausal Affinity, etc. are also very good. If you did not get Reconstruction, you can also go for something like Envious Assassin, Field Prep., or Rewind Rounds.
PvP Godroll
When it comes to PvP Godroll, you have plenty of choices at your disposal. For all the PvP-ers out there, we recommend that you craft this roll:
- Barrel: Arrowhead Break
- Battery: Enhanced Battery
- Column 1: Perpetual Motion
- Column 2: High Impact Reserves
You can also use something like High Impact Reserves or Paracausal Affinity but those are way harder to proc. consistently as compared to High Impact Reserves.
