To get the Blue Crab storage keycard, you must first complete the main quest “The Red Mist” which unlocks the Venice Beach area and introduces you to the game’s fast-travel mechanics and Fury ability. Once you have completed this quest, head to the Blue Crab Grill located in Venice Beach.
The Blue Crab storage keycard can be found in the staff-only area of the Blue Crab Grill. To get there, head down the stairs towards the toilets and take the door on the left marked “Staff Only.” The keycard will be located opposite the cubicle.
However, there is a chance that the keycard won’t be there straight away and will need a certain someone’s body to be moved down there. If you can’t find it the first time, check back the next time you visit the Blue Crab.
