In this guide, we’ve detailed everything there’s to know about how to unlock the Fractured Shrines and the Undying Shores in Dead Cells: Fatal Falls DLC.
Unlock the Fractured Shrines and the Undying Shores in Dead Cells: Fatal Falls
Below, players can find information on how to unlock the first two biomes featured in the Fatal Falls DLC for Dead Cells – the Fractured Shrines and the Undying Shores.
How to Enter the Fractured Shrines
Players can enter the Fractured Shrines from the Black Bridge and the Nest. It’s through the Fractured Shrines that players can further access areas likes the Clock Tower, Forgotten Sepulcher, and the Undying Shores – more on it later in the guide. In order to enter the Fractured Shrines, players will need to defeat the first boss and then take the ladder to the new area.
Inside the Fractured Shrines, players will find plenty of secrets including the talking pet sword, Serenade. To learn more about it, you can check out our detailed guide. In addition to this, players will also find 1x Scroll of Power and 2x Dual Scrolls as well as chests, shops, and blueprints.
How to Enter the Undying Shores
In order to enter the Undying Shores, players need to head over to one of three areas: the Fractured Shrines, Graveyard, and Stilt Village. Players who are coming straight from the Fractured Shrines need to have the Cultist Outfit equipped in order to open up the door. Once unlocked, it’ll remain that way.
The Undying Shores has 4x Scrolls of Power and 2x Dual Scrolls, 2x shops, a few blueprints, and a treasure chest. For the Cocoon blueprint, players must open up the correct door out of three (the doors have glowing symbols at the very top). Throughout the run, players will receive various clues as to which door is the correct one. However, it’s important to note that selecting the incorrect door will lock all three for the remainder of the run.
That’s all we’ve got in how to unlock the Fractured Shrines and the Undying Shores in Dead Cells: Fatal Falls. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Dead Cells: Fatal Falls wiki guides.
