What Are The Staff Stats In Dave The Diver?
Your staff has a set of strengths and weaknesses. Every staff member has four stats; Cooking, Serving, Precure, and Appeal. The following is what you need to know about each of these stats.
This is a stat that should be prioritized since customers are coming in to get good. The better your staff is at cooking, the faster meals can be prepared and then served to customers. As you progress the game, customers are going to increase, and it is very helpful to have staff that know how to cook well. Staff members that have a high cooking stat should be placed in the kitchen so that they focus on preparing dishes.
Early on, Dave will need to serve customers himself. You might have noticed that he is not the best at this and is pretty slow. Having a staff member with a high serving stat will allow them to serve customers faster and keep them from getting upset and then storming out of your establishment. Staff members with high serving stats should be assigned to the dining areas so that they can serve customers.
Some staff members will have a higher serving stat, and these are the people that you want to fire for serving and upgrade their serving stat. Some staff members with a high serving stat have the ability to serve drinks. This unlocks as you level the staff member up. Serving is going to become increasingly important as you progress through the game and start getting more customers.
The game does not explain what the precure stat means. As you progress through the game, you will get the dispatch option which allows you to send staff members to look for ingredients. The procure stat dictates the number of ingredients that a staff member can get on each trip. The procure stat does not provide a significant boost, so I would not prioritize this stat when hiring staff members.
Appeal is also not explained and can be confusing, but if your staff member has higher appeal, then they get more tips, and you have a higher chance of getting better reviews on Cooksta. Staff members with high appeal should be assigned to the dining area so that you can get more tips.
