It is part of the Voodoo Treasure quest that you will come across in the expansion. Once found, you will get 8,000 Eddies and the Second Installment Shard which is quite a lot for not much work. However, finding this secret stash in Dogtown can be a little challenging. This guide will help you easily find Slider’s stash in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. To begin Voodoo Treasure, you will need to get the Blind_n_Dead file. This requires you to eavesdrop on Aurore / Aymeric after hacking into their vehicle which should not be too difficult to do.
Once you have done that, you will be prompted to find the secret stash. The first thing that you will need to do is to head over to Aesculapius Inc. in Dogtown. You should easily be able to find it next to the Needle in the center of Dogtown. Once you are there, run around the area to find a couple of vending machines. You will also notice an orange-colored bin in the area with an electric keypad right next to it.
You basically need to input 941229 into the keypad in order to open the safe, letting you access the Slider’s stash. It is pretty simple to find and you should have no trouble if you have played a little. Even then, here is a neat, little video to help you access the area:
