Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty adds the new Relic skill tree, which has some very impressive skills and perks. You get some points by playing the game, but you can get 9 more by finding data terminals that are hidden across Dogtown. Relic Skill Data Terminal Locations In Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
There following are all the relic skill data terminal locations that you can find in Dogtown in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty.
- Below Your Apartment In Dogtown: Go down using the elevator to the ground floor. Let out and head right. You will find the Restricted Data Terminal against the wall to your left.
- Parking Building: From your apartment, head southeast, and you will find another Restricted Data Terminal in a parking building, a floor above the ground level.
- On Top Of A Building: Make your way to the building marked on the map below. To get to the terminal, you will need to do some parkour to move around the building and get to the top to find the terminal in a ruined section of the building.
- Inside The Stadium: Make your way to the inside back area of the stadium. You can find the terminal behind the golden statues.
- Outside The Stadium: The next restricted terminal can be found outside the stadium. The terminal is above ground but you can use the concrete stairs nearby to head up and use the terminal to get your relic skill point.
- Southeast Criminal Activity: You can find the next data terminal from the southeast criminal activity. Take out the enemies, and you will find the terminal against a wall next to some broken chairs.
- Underneath The Bridge: You can find the next restricted data terminal under the bridge shown in the image below. You can find the terminal behind a short fence.
- Southwest Criminal Activity (Underground Tunnel): To find this terminal, you will need to clear out a couple of enemies in the activity. Progress and go deeper until you reach the underground area. Once you are in the room with the orange pipes and red lights, you will need to look for a small exit hatch in the ground, in a corner. Head down, progress forward, and take the ladder up. You will find the terminal in the next room.
- Southern Criminal Activity: The last Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Data Terminal can be found in the Southern Criminal Activity in Dogtown. You want to clear the whole area of enemies since the terminal is located in the boss room. Head into the room up the stairs to find a lot of loot and the final terminal.
