Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Chimera

Chimera is essentially a relentless four-legged robot developed by Militech. The key to defeating Chimera is to exploit its weakspots as much as possible. Here are some tips that can help you achieve that:

The entire fight revolves around targeting its weakspots to deal a ton of damage to Chimera. You can do this by shooting the plates under and on the backside of the robot. Its frontside has a lot of damage mitigation so try not to waste any ammo there. When possible, try to stay behind it and shoot the weakspots mentioned earlier — Dark Souls style.

Also, try not to be fixated too much on dealing damage. You should use the pillars in the area as cover. If done properly, you should have no trouble avoiding its laser and charge. In order to deal with its EMP, however, you will need to use the platforms. In the 2nd phase, Chimera will send out Drones to heal itself. You should try to eliminate them at the earliest lest it replenishes all its HP.

The newly released Vulnerability Analytics is an absolute game-changer for this fight. The ability to expose weakspots and then deal extra damage to this can be incredibly helpful. You should also try to use Turrets to your advantage. These should easily divert its attention, allowing you to reposition yourself better. You should also have no trouble finding ammo in the area.

At about 2% of its HP, you will need to aboard the robot, toss a grenade in it, and move away. Once you have defeated Chimera, you will get the Active Chimera Core as a reward.
