Cyberpunk 2077 Class Guide – Which Class to Pick, Tips

There are 3 major classes in Cyberpunk 2077, with each one offering unique skills and abilities. The game, however, doesn’t prevent you from experiencing what other classes have to offer by having no class-specific skills. And therefore, you’ll have complete liberty of building a character that’s everything you want it to be. In this Cyberpunk 2077 class guide, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about different classes in CP2077, the best classes to use, and tips.

Cyberpunk 2077 Class Tips

Now although you can create your character with a mix of all 3 classes, you can also dedicate yourself to a single one if that class complements your playstyle more than the others. To help you with that, the following is a complete overview of all 3 signature classes in CP2077:

Netrunner

The first class we’ve is Netrunner. Heavily relying on tech and cybernetics, while playing with this class, you’ll be able to hack into different pieces of equipment and even into the minds of your enemies to plant viruses. Doing that will ensure that you don’t have to get your hands dirty. If you’ve got a passive playstyle and don’t like to get into the face of enemies, Netrunner should be the perfect class for you.

Solo

Solo class in CP2077 is the exact opposite of Netrunner. This class excels in hand-to-hand combat and like to dive amidst the heat of the battle. If you don’t like to concern yourself with gadgets and hacking, this is the class you need to go with. To complement the aggressiveness of the Solo class, it’s got heightened senses that lets it identify traps and possible nearby threats.

Techie

The last Cyberpunk 2077 class that we’ve got is Techie. You can consider this class as a mix of the other 2. This class excels when it comes to creating weaponry of mass destruction. They’re able to use their knowledge to create guns, traps, explosives, robots – you name it! In addition to this, they can also hack into enemy equipment and use it to their advantage.

Lastly, do remember that the info. comes from the recent vidoc from CDPR. We’ll continue to update the guide once the game officially launches in November.

That’s all we’ve got in our Cyberpunk 2077 class guide. To learn more about the game and the world of CP2077, you can check out our detailed Cyberpunk 2077 wiki guides.
