Character classes in Code Vein are referred to as Blood Codes but these are far from traditional classes you normally see in AAA RPGs. How Code Vein does it is by letting you, the players, level up more than one Blood Code and the ability to switch them situationally. This, in turn, gives you more freedom and build diversity to tackle difficult areas and boss battles.
Code Vein Blood Codes
Different Blood Codes alter your stats, gifts, ability to carry certain weapons, and Blood Veils slightly. At the start of the game, three Blood Codes are unlocked by default which are Caster, Fighter, and Ranger. The remaining ones must be unlocked as you progress through the game.
