One of the Great Works in Civilization 6 is religious Relic. These religious Relics in the game hold special religious and cultural significance that provide additional Faith, Tourism, and Culture to a civilization. Civilization 6 Relics

As mentioned earlier, the religious Relics are another type of Great Work in the game. These can be any item with some sort of religious significance. Some of the religious Relics in the game include:

  1. Ark of the Covenant
  2. Beard of the Evangelist
  3. Blood of the Martyr
  4. Book of Thoth
  5. Footprint of the Apostle
  6. Grass Cutting Sword
  7. Holy Grail
  8. Philosopher’s Stone
  9. Robes of the Guru
  10. Saint Aubert’s Skull
  11. Sandals of the Prophet
  12. Shroud of Turin
  13. Silk Text
  14. Splinter of the True Cross
  15. Stone of Sconce
  16. Tooth of the Prophet

In addition to their religious significance, these religious Relics also hold cultural importance as well. There is no set in stone place from where you can acquire these Relics. You will continue to find them as you progress through the game. Moreover, there are specific places where you can store these items.

With a couple of exceptions, a religious Relic provides +4 Faith and +8 Tourism. This changes if you are playing as Jadwiga who gains +4 Gold, +2 Culture, and bonus Faith. Another exception is Kongolese player who earns bonus +2 Food, +2 Production, and +4 Gold from each Relic at their disposal.

Tip: Researching the Enlightenment Civic halves the effects of religious Tourism against your civilization.

Earning Relics

There are multiple ways of earning Relics in Civilization 6. These include:
