How to Break Inazuma Electro Barriers In Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact update 2.0 adds the new Inazuma region that has plenty of new mechanics and puzzles for your to solve and secrets for you to uncover. The elector barriers are one of the new mechanics in the game. In this Genshin Impact guide, we are going to go over how you can break Inazuma electro Barriers.

Getting Through Inazuma Electro Barriers In Genshin Impact

To pass through the electro barriers you need to interact with the purple dotted plants called Electrogranum. Interact with them to get a status effect that is going to allow you to pass through the electro barriers. You will know that you have the status effect when you see a small purple orb floating on you.

Note that there are multiple levels of barriers and you cannot pass through them all at the start of your journey through Inazuma. In order to pass through the higher level barriers, you need to level up your Electrograna at the Sacred Tree in the Grand Shrine.

You can level up the tree by offering it electro sigils which you can get by completing missions, leveling the electro statues, and opening chests. At level 6 you will be able to pass through Intermediate Thunder Barriers and at level 12 you will be able to pass through Advanced Thunder Barriers. We recommend getting to level 12 of the tree in order to be able to pass through the barriers and exploring the world of Inazuma. Each level of the tree is going to require 25 electro sigils.
