Bravely Default 2 JP Farming Guide

Bravely Default 2 JP Farming Guide | How to Unlock All Jobs in Bravely Default 2

JP or Job Points in Bravely Default 2 are required to unlock new abilities for different classes in the game. There aren’t hard to come by but there are a few tips that can help speed up the entire process. That’s where this guide comes in. In this guide, we’ve detailed everything there’s to know about how to easily farm JP in Bravely Default 2.

Bravely Default 2 JP Farming

Probably the easiest method to farm JP in the game is by chaining consecutive enemy encounters. For every consecutive encounter, players get a bonus multiplier. The said multiplier starts at 1.1x for two consecutive encounters and caps at 2x for 5 consecutive encounters. Therefore, all that the players need to do is to chain around five consecutive enemy encounters in order to double the amount of JP earned from them. If done correctly, this probably becomes the fastest method to earn a large amount of JP in about no time.

Another thing that players need to do is to acquire Freelancer’s JP Up ability at the earliest. It becomes available at Level 9. The ability is passive and increases the JP gains for all other classes by a whopping 1.2x which is a lot in Bravely Default 2. Players who want to push it a little further can also acquire the ‘JP Up and Up’ ability that becomes available at Level 12 and increases the JP gains a bit more.

In addition to all this, players can also acquire JP Orbs through the Exploration feature of the game. These can be stored and used on any character that players want to earn JP on. Do note that the said mode only unlocks after completing the Borrowing the Boat mission in the game.

When it comes to getting consecutive battles, players should try to head over to the northeast edge of the Halcyonia. Once there, quickly use the Insect Nectar and then move between the spots where Vesps spawn in order to get around 3-4 consecutive battles. Keep on doing it and players will be rolling in JP in about no time.

That’s all we’ve got in our Bravely Default 2 JP farming guide. Feel free to check out our detailed Bravely Default 2 wiki guides for more help on the game.
