As you progress Monster Hunter Rise, you will find harder monsters that you need to bring down in order to loot the resources that they have to offer. Tougher bosses have rarer resources that you can use in order to get the best weapons and armor in the game. Bird Wyvern Gems is one of the harder resources to get in Monster Hunter Rise and in this guide, we are going to walk you through how you can get them.
Getting Bird Wyvern Gems In Monster Hunter Rise
You can only get Bird Wyvern Gems from specific monsters and there is a very low chance that you will get the resource after you have beaten the monsters. The following are the monsters that drop Bird Wyvern Gems:
- Aknosom
- Great Baggi
- Great Izuchi
- Great Wroggi
- Kulu-Ya-Ku
- Pukei-Pukei
There are only a few monsters that can give you the resource but luckily you will be able to encounter them pretty early on in the game. Monsters like Aknosom, Great Baggi, Great Izuchi, and Great Wroggi are relatively easy to beat. The Pukei-Pukei is perhaps the most tricky to deal with due to the poison that it uses.
Bird Wyvern Gem can drop as a target reward, a capture reward, a broken part reward, carving reward, and as a dropped material reward. You have the best chance of getting Bird Wyvern Gems in Monster Hunter Rise from the Great Wroggi as a broken part reward, which has a 12% chance.
After that, there is a 10% chance that you can get it from the Great Baggi as a broken part reward. The chances of getting the resource from other monsters and other rewards are pretty low. These are the two best options that you should use in order to get Bird Wyvern Gems.
