As players progress through Biomutant, they’ll come across a variety of different puzzles. Solving these puzzles can do a few different things. These include opening new paths, loot, trigger an event, etc. Each puzzle provides the players with a limited number of moves. The number of moves provided directly depends on a player’s Intellect stat. Failing a puzzle in Biomutant doesn’t have any dire consequences. In this guide, we’ve detailed all there’s to know about puzzles in Biomutant and a few tips for their solutions.
Biomutant Puzzle Solutions
A small tutorial menu appears toward the left-side of the screen after encountering a puzzle for the first time. Make sure to take note of the controls required to navigate through the puzzle. There are a total of three types of puzzles that are encountered in Biomutant. A brief overview of these puzzles is provided below:
The rotation one is probably the easiest one of all. To solve it, all that the players need to do is to rotate the nodes so that the same colors align with one another. However, do note that it’s entirely possible to mess it up since there are limited moves available.
This one can be a little confusing and a few people probably use the ‘Trial and Error’ method to get it done. The idea behind the puzzle is to toggle the diodes in a way so as to change all the lights to green. The important thing to take note of is that toggling one won’t only change its color but also of the consecutive one.
The idea is to match the value at the bottom of the screen. This is done by connecting three cables to different available ports on the board. The important thing to remember is that each port has different values (displayed at the top/bottom of a port) that can be positive and/or negative. It’s important to thoroughly check a port and make note of the final value after all the calculations. For instance, if a port has ‘x’ on the top and ‘xx’ on the bottom, it means that the total value of the port is ‘xxx’
