Season 21 of Destiny 2, Season of the Deep, is out now, and players can farm new armor and weapons. There are plenty of ways in which you can farm red border weapons in Destiny 2, but some methods are faster than others. In this Destiny 2 guide, we go over the best red border (Deepsight) weapon farm, which will also get you Last Wish and Ritual gear.
Destiny 2 Red Border Weapon Farm In Season 21
One of the most effective ways of farming red border weapons in Destiny 2 Season of the Deep is running the Kalli, The Corrupted boss encounter in the Last Wish raid. This is the first boss that you encounter during the raid, so getting to her is not hard, and defeating her is pretty easy as well and should not take more than a few minutes. This will allow you to defeat her over and over again and farm red border weapons, and gain additional rewards.

How To Effective Farm Kalli The Corrupted
To effectively farm Kali in The Last Wish raid, you will need 4-5 players and will need the boss checkpoint. We recommend using slug shotguns to take down the boss. Some recommended shotguns include Heritage, First In, Last Out, and Nessas’s Oblation. One of the players can use the Tractor Cannon to apply a 30% debuff on the boss. You should not be using Divinity for this encounter. For armor, we can recommend Ophidian Aspect. One of the players in your team can use a Well of Radiance for survivability and increased damage output of the team as a whole.
It is worth mentioning that once Kalli is at low health, she does teleport away. Allowing her to do that and then dealing damage rather than killing her can save you some time since the game does take a few seconds to register that she is dead if you deal damage constantly and do not let her teleport. This could save you some time, especially if you are looking to fast the raid boss efficiently.
All Loot You Can Farm (Kalli Loot Table)
The following is the gear that you can get by defeating Kalli, The Corrupted in the Last Wish raid:
- Apex Predator
- Nation of Beasts
- Chattering Bone
- Transfiguration
- The Supremacy
- Techeun Force
- Age-Old Bond
- Tyranny of Heaven
- Season of the Deep engram
- Deep Dive Keys
- Salvage Keys
Since completing the raid encounter counts as an encounter clear, you will have a chance of getting a Season of the Deep engram. The chance of getting a Season of the Deep engram is around 33%, so one in three runs. You will also earn Deep Dive Keys and Salvage Keys. Deep Dive Keys increase reward you with better loot after completing the Deep Dive activity, and Salvage Keys do the same for Salvage activities.
