If you played Remnant: From the Ashes, you already know about The Dreamer. The beast makes a come back in Chronos: Before the Ashes. The Dreamer is the final boss fight in the game and probably the toughest one you’ll participate in. In this boss fight guide, we will explain how to beat the Dreamer/Clawbone in Chronos: Before the Ashes.
Chronos: Before the Ashes Boss Fight – How to Beat the Dreamer
As you reach the Dreamer he is going to summon you into another reality where you’ll face the Clawbone. Dreamer is the toughest boss fight in Chronos: Before the Ashes.
The very first thing you need to remember is that he has the ability to drain your health if you use a dragon heart. While the Dreamer is present do not use the dragon heart to heal yourself. It is much better to use the shadow stone to heal yourself.
His primary attacks include swipe and bite attacks. The Dreamer can also blow fire at you if you’re standing at a distance. It is advised to stay close to him whenever possible.
Keep dodging his attacks toward the blind side to get the buffs and land a few hits. After a while, he will stand still and shoot fire in a straight line which means you should get out of the way quickly.
He will also fly out of the arena and jump down in front of or shoot fire from above. When he does this keep moving around the arena to make him miss. When he is airborne you can use the dragon heart to heal yourself without worrying about the Dreamer draining your life.
Use the tips I gave you to keep chipping away at his health and eventually kill him. That’s all you need to know on how to beat the Dreamer in Chronos: Before the Ashes. Also check out Krell Guardian, Pan Guardian, and Red Widow boss fight guides.
