Sentient Amulet is a rare Amulet that you can find in Baldur’s Gate 3. Once acquired, you will get Level 2 Evocation Spell: Shatter alongside the ability to talk to it. Baldur’s Gate 3 Sentient Amulet Location
In order to get the Sentinet Amulet, you will need to head to the Grymforge in the Underdark. Once you are there, search around the Adamantine Forge. After you get to the coordinates, you will see an Adamantine Chest.

Lockpick
The best way of opening the Adamantine Chest is to simply lockpick. In order to do that, you will need to pass a Dexterity Check of 20.
Find the Skeleton Key
If you are unable to lockpick, you will need to collect the Skeleton Key — you will find it sitting on a platform on the north side of the chest.
No matter how you open it the chest, you will find the Sentient Amulet alongside some materials.
Sentient Amulet Uses
Sentient Amulet is a fairly decent item with a few useful applications. These are:
Shatter | You get a Level 2 Evocation Spell: Shatter. It basically deals damage to all nearby enemies. |
Talk to the Sentient Amulet | You can also speak with the Sentient Amulet to start a questline called Help the Cursed Monk. |
Ki Restoration | It lets you get back two Ki points which can be pretty huge. |
