MSI has accidentally leaked the socket type for the upcoming Comet Lake-S CPUs and it seems that these chips are going to use the LGA 1200 socket. AMD has been very consistent when it comes to the socket type for the Ryzen series. The AM4 socket supports all the CPUs ranging from the 1st generation of Ryzen to the upcoming one. Intel, on the other hand, is still doing what it has always done and is changing the socket every 1-2 generations. Pokemon Sword And Shield expansion pass has just been announced and it seems that Nintendo is going for the games as a live service model for the title. New content will be added to the game through 2020 with 2 DLCs that have been announced during the latest Pokemon Direct stream. The Isle of Armor and The Crown Tundra, set for June 2020 and fall 2020, respectively.  The expansions are going to allow players to explore more areas of the Galar Regions. A lot of content and new Pokemon are going to be added to the game but when it comes to games as a live service, big names have failed to satisfy players when it comes to content. Ubisoft announced a couple of titles at E3 2019 but with next-generation consoles around the corner, it makes sense that Ubisoft has not revealed all its cards yet. It seems that Ubisoft is working on multiple unannounced games and one of them is a VR title. The AMD Ryzen 4800U is the new CPU that AMD Announced at CES 2020. The CPU shows a lot of promise against Intel. AMD did show some official benchmarks of the AMD Ryzen 4800U against the competition Intel Core i7 1065G7 and while official numbers are great we have some other benchmarks that backup AMD’s claims. The AMD Ryzen 4800U does have more cores than the Intel Core i7 1065G7 so it makes sense that it is going to do better in multi-threaded applications but it seems that the chip performs better in single-threaded applications as well. AMD showed off renders of the Xbox Series X in a video during CES 2020. The video includes a look around of the console. While we got to see a couple of ports including USB Type-A, USB Type-C and HDMI and media is speculating all kinds of things, the render of the  Xbox X shown by AMD at CES 2020 was not even real. AMD spokesperson confirmed that the render was not from Microsoft and that it is not accurate despite what some people might think. Intel 10th generation mobile CPU benchmarks have been spotted online. Here we have the benchmarks for the Intel 10300H and 10750H mobile CPUs. The 10300 is an i5 CPU with 4 cores and 8 threads. The CPU has a base clock speed of 2.5 GHz and can boost to 4.43 GHz. That is not bad for a mobile CPU with 4 cores. The 10750 is an i7 model with 6 cores and 12 threads. The base clock speed of this CPU is 2.6 GHz and it can boost to 4.96 GHz. This is going to be more expensive, hence the higher core count and the faster clock speed. Intel UHD Gen12 and AMD Renoir Mobile graphics benchmarks have been spotted and it seems that AMD is going to have the upper hand when these graphics solutions are released. AMD Renoir Mobile has not been announced yet but we might be able to learn about then come CES 2020, which is just around the corner. Both AMD Renoir Mobile and Intel UHD Gen 12 are in development so take these benchmarks with a grain of salt but keeping in mind how quickly both are going to release it is unlikely that there is going to be any significant change in performance.
